Little V. West focuses his litigation practice on civil rights, education law, employment law, and personal injury defense. He joined the firm in 2007 following two years of judicial clerkship experience with the Hon. Terrence L. O’Brien of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Hon. Bruce D. Black of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. Mr. West received his law degree from the School of Law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 and his undergraduate degree from the North Carolina State University in 2002. He served as an Articles Editor of the North Carolina Law Review and published a comment in the area of constitutional law and policy in that journal. Mr. West was admitted to the New Mexico bar in 2006 and is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
